What’s coming in 2025

There are two key parts to the Elivate growth plan:

TODAY: Deliver treatments that remove obstacles to activity & adventure

TOMORROW: Provide access to emerging treatments that contribute to improving healthspan & longevity

Elivate has been operating since 2023.

This first year, we tested multiple delivery channels and identified the most efficient and highest revenue model - delivering wellness “housecalls” focused on helping people proactively manage aging.

By the end of 2024 we will have:

  • Delivered over 700 services

  • Grossed $135,000

  • Increase our average revenue per service to $255 with a product margin of close to 80%

  • Decreased labor by 77% (from our first month of operations)

  • Decreased cost of goods sold by 45%

  • Earned repeat business responsible for 47% of our revenue

Our mobile order & delivery model is unique and built for scale

In year 1, we identified the most efficient and highest revenue model.

We’ll apply this model in every new market and continue to decrease costs and increase revenue.

  • Even when there are storefront IVs available nearby, many people much prefer IV delivery to their homes

    Some of our highest volume areas (Reno & S Lake Tahoe) are great examples of this, and we believe indicative of future preferences.

  • The online order process includes multiple friction-reducing elements that optimize conversion:

    • Starting a housecall reservation requires only one step - date & time - very familiar behaviors that don’t require knowledge of emerging IV treatments.

    • We have combined automation and human touch in a “Wellness Advisor” stage directly after reservation request.

    • This ensures people learn about their IV choices and benefits and feel confident before their home visit.

  • In-home services provide the environment for more experimentation and clients often add extra hydration or other add-on services that increase the ARPU.

  • Because of the value prop, in-home services also yield higher repeat purchases. To reinforce these early trends, we have added a few elements to the customer experience:

    • Rather than focus on the IV formula, we co-create a “Housecall service plan” with the customer that enables them to add additional wellness services and to feel in control of their booking

    • Because IVs aren’t yet well-known to many, we developed a “before your housecall” outreach series that answers their questions and ensures they know exactly what will happen when we arrive & depart.

    • On the day of service, the client can track their wellness team using an app that shows their location on their way to the visit (part of our internal team management software, not built separately)

  • We earn between 80-85% gross margin on every individual service delivered.

    The majority of our housecalls are for groups of people and profit increases with group size.

  • We have applied best practices from online order & delivery systems across industries to build the software stack that will enable scale within our first and next markets.

    This technology will enable us to continue to increase efficiency per service.

  • Our service delivery scope is bound only by state nurse licenses.

    Currently we have medical providers license in CA and NV, and can easily build “pods” in other locations without up-front investment.

    We have also automated our nurse recruiting/hiring/onboarding to enable us to stand up teams in new locations within 30 to 60 days.
