Half-time contractor position in N. Lake Tahoe.

This is a unique role that will be involved in three essential parts of the business. The responsibilities are organizational & tracking oriented, as well as customer service and delivery-oriented.

Overall, the right candidate will care deeply about making sure all Elivate team members have what they need to best serve our customers.

  • Ensuring our delivery teams (up to 10 simultaneously deployed) have everything they need to represent the Elivate brand AND to deliver IV Wellness services.

  • Tracking and maintaining the IV ingredients necessary to best serve our customers

  • Tracking and maintaining the medical supplies needed to deliver IVs

RESPONSIBILITIES THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

You will be the first point of contact and Elivate “face” that a new customer interacts with, so your love of organization and process improvement will be key to your success in this role. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that we have the medical supplies we need to service our clients and that we are completely seamless in our presence across locations and events.

  • Inventory storage & organization: You will recommend an effective system for storing, organizing, and accessing multiple sets of inventory:

    • brand/event materials

    • medical supplies for providing IVs

    • IV and IM ingredients

  • Inventory management: You will monitor and manage inventory levels both online and in person to ensure stock availability aligns with demand. You will conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. You will check inventory before each week’s delivery events/locations to ensure adequate supplies for delivery team provisioning.

  • Delivery team provisioning: We currently deploy 3 and are working to deploy up to 10 delivery teams simultaneously around the N Tahoe area (and beyond). You will be responsible for pulling all necessary materials in a kit for each delivery team and working with them to ensure they have the kit they need from storage.

  • Storage coordination: You will oversee the organization and storage of inventory within the storage area. Ensure that stock is stored properly and is easily accessible, especially for delivery team provisioning.

  • Ordering: Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of stock across all three inventory categories based on inventory levels, sales forecasts, and seasonal trends. You will work with suppliers and vendors to track order status and resolve any issues.

  • Weekly reconciliation: You will reconcile weekly to maintain accurate records of all supplies, and you will keep internal teams up-to-date on supply orders and delivery dates.

  • Data accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records in our inventory software. Update product information, track inventory movements, and ensure data integrity.

  • Stock replenishment: Analyze inventory trends and forecast future needs to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels.

  • Reporting: Generate and review inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and order fulfillment. Provide insights and recommendations to improve inventory processes.

  • Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to inventory processes and procedures. Collaborate with other team members to streamline inventory management and enhance efficiency.

  • Customer service: Address and resolve any inventory-related issues or concerns from customers or internal teams. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

  • Inventory software expert: You will be the Elivate expert on our inventory software and processes and will answer internal questions to help others follow best practices in using it.

  • Delivery team liaison: You will communicate with the lead operations team member for all delivery locations weekly and daily. You will build and maintain strong team relationships, and you will be responsible for keeping in close touch with the operations team to make sure that things are running smoothly.

  • Manage and document delivery team kits: For each of the up to 10 delivery teams, you will both provision them and provide documentation of what they need/have to ensure they know how to use all of their supplies. You will be the point of contact for troubleshooting for all delivery locations.

  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise every day related to all supplies. Work proactively to find solutions and mitigate potential issues or delays.

  • Reporting & process improvement: Generate and review reports on supplies and provisioning activities, including performance metrics and feedback. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role. Experience with medical supplies is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in software/tools and interested in learning new software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle physical inventory-related challenges efficiently.

  • Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenges and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
