Outdoor Yoga & IV Therapy in Olympic Village

Elivate is joining this free outdoor yoga series for the first time this year. Every Wednesday night from July 3rd to August 28th Palisades offers free yoga classes in The Village at Palisades Tahoe, outside next to the Palisades Yoga Studio. The complimentary classes kick off at 5pm and are taught by a different (amazing) local teacher each week.

For an hour before and after every yoga class Elivate’s certified nurses will offer IV Therapy and B12/vitamin shots, as well as free trial of a varied set of pro recovery devices like Normatec leg compression sleeves.

Our services and trials are open to everyone, whether you join the yoga class or not.
