Get Ready! Local, regional and national performers will delight Tahoe City audiences every Sunday afternoon this summer. This FREE 12-week concert series begins June 16 through September 8. Music begins at 4pm and lasts until 7pm.
First Street Yoga
Outdoor Yoga & IV Therapy in Olympic Village
Elivate is joining this free outdoor yoga series for the first time this year. Every Wednesday night from July 3rd to August 28th Palisades offers free yoga classes in The Village at Palisades Tahoe, outside next to the Palisades Yoga Studio. The complimentary classes kick off at 5pm and are taught by a different (amazing) local teacher each week.
For an hour before and after every yoga class Elivate’s certified nurses will offer IV Therapy and B12/vitamin shots, as well as free trial of a varied set of pro recovery devices like Normatec leg compression sleeves.
Our services and trials are open to everyone, whether you join the yoga class or not.

7th Annual Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival
Elivate is thrilled to be offering our full menu of IV Therapy and energy and detox shots at the 2024 Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival on August 3-4, 2024 at Palisades Tahoe.
Dehydration was a challenge at last year’s festival, and we are grateful we’ll be able to get people reset and recharged at the 7th Annual Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival! from August 3-4, 2024!
