Working on heart biomarkers

Of the 16 categories I’m tracking, the heart measures are the ones I need to actively try to improve most. I am tracking 15 heart biomarkers, and I need to continue to improve 3/4 of them to get them into range.

And here are the top recommended supplements that have helped improve my heart biomarkers (I take all but the fiber powder).

The improvement I’m most happy about is what’s called ApoB, which is mentioned as critical in many of the longevity books we recommend.

My numbers still have a long way to go, so I’m continuing the IV and oral supplements as well as adding more vegetable nutrition. I’m hopeful my next testing in July will show some more improvement!

This next series of screenshots all show LDL markers (the so-called “bad cholesterol”, which is over-simplifed). Most of these are improving, and the LDL pattern in particular is exciting because I’ve moved from a negative to a positive pattern - but two actually went more out-of-range so I’ll have to keep working on those.

This is still quite high, so I’m going to take a $99 coronary calcium test in the next month to see if I have dangerous plaque build-up.

Another positive result below because inflammation is one of the primary causes of the “big 5 diseases” and I’ve been able to move this into range.
